terrible customer service

I have visited there three times to have my eyes checked by Dr. Cohen because I have diplopia. I am extremely unsatisfied and displeased with their customer service. I always pay for my fees at the office before starting my appointment yet they still continue sending me bills. They say its for extra testing that the doctor did during the appointments but he barely did anything. All the doctor did was check my eyes write notes on his computer and told us we can leave. He didn't explain how my eyes were. Even when I ask he still doesn't explain in detail. This is why I stop going to this place. Both the customer service and the doctor disappoint me.
