Waste of my time
I had an appointment at 11am, showed up at 10:40, checked in, paid my copay, and waited. At 12:15 I was finally seen, with no explanation for the delay. Then after my ECHO, I was told to wait. Ten minutes later I was presented with a home heart monitoring device with no explanation as to why I needed it. I asked if I had to do this, was told no, and then left. 30 mins later received voicemail saying they were sorry for the delay, and the confusion about the home device because they had me confused with another patient. Couldn’t say it to my face. Never going here again.
