Today, Jan 3, 2024 - had the most frustrating experiences with their incompetent spacey staff. A simple request to pick up sample contact lenses warranted their clueless rude behavior. I speak to a technician- Ashley - to let her know I need sample lens while awaiting my order to come in. She puts me on hold for 4 mins and the phone disconnects. I call back (call #2) and get the front desk receptionist - another 'ashley' and she transfers me again to the technicians in the back - the phone rings then disconnects. hhmmm. I call back (call #3), bad luck for me, I get this ashley again. I explain the line disconnected and I wasn't able to speak to anyone back there. Before I could ask her to either try again or if I could leave my information and if someone can call me back. She immediately starts whining about how she doesn't personally know who I spoke with, it is impossible for her to figure it out and I interrupted her to let her know - this is a clinic and there are not that many tec
