Bought out and it shows
This used to be a good doctors' office, no more since Privia bought the practice. It is now a 10-minute visit with little discussion of person health. Can't get a hold of the office (currently holding over 32 minutes). Billing questionable-I paid in-full at time of visit (as I always do and have never received additional billing) only to receive two invoices for over 400$ more plus all the other bills from the other vendors about 1 - 2 months later. I CANNOT recommend at all.

Terrible Staff Interaction
First time I met with Dr. Shea, I thought she was great and planned to continue my care with them (Dallas office). It became impossible to get anyone on the phone, and then I had a HORRIFIC experience with a staff member. Dr. Shea was aware and rather than addressing the issue or ever discussing it with me, she just released me as a patient (didn't even discuss my latest labs with me first). Absolutely deplorable way to treat a patient. Would not recommend anyone to this office.
