Billing department unreachable!

I have been calling the billing department for about 2 weeks and have left multiple voice messages but no one cared to call me back. I’m at my wits end. I like Dr. Verma but I’d rather take my son to a different allergist than dealing with the billing department. This is truly unacceptable!
