I was referred by my pcp to see Dr Zhang for a dark mole on my back. Dr. Zhang saw me right away and on the same day she biopsied the mole. It turned out to be a pre-cancerous mole, and she scheduled me for surgery almost immediately and took it off. The whole process was soooo smooth and painless. I can't believe in less than a week from my pcp referral, my precancerous mole is gone. Most surgery places takes weeks to even schedule, Bluebonnet dermatology is fast and efficient. I couldn't have asked for better care. Now my whole family will be going to Bluebonnet Dermatology and Dr. Zhang.

Dr Zhang diagnosed my skin rash in December, 2024 and cleared it in just two weeks. I’ve had this rash treated on and off for over 2 years by several other doctors without any improvements. Thank god for dr zhang! Bluebonnet dermatology all the way!

I always heard that first expressions are so important and today my experience at Bluebonnet Dermatology was horrible. Just moving to a new state and this being my first doctor appointment was very disheartening and upsetting. During my initial phone call setting up my appointment, the fees and costs associated with services were not clearly disclosed to me upfront. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and frustrating, as I should have been fully aware of all charges before proceeding.Additionally, I was shocked to learn that I am being charged a cancellation fee simply because I disagree with the undisclosed fees. I find this practice both unfair and unreasonable, especially since the terms were not properly explained to me from the beginning. I won’t be making another appointment with them and hopefully searching for a new dermatologist in a new state I will have better luck.
