They overbill you but will not let you know.They expect you to make a decision right away, after the doctor's visit even if the options cost > $ 1000 to pay upfront.Then when you call, nobody answers the phone. Their system gets hacked and I just now was informed (9 months after). I called and was informed. If I did not call nor state I was going to the BBB with a complaint about overbilling, they might not have informed me. If they would have informed me (and other clients) sooner, that will be a nice courtesy to their patients. So that tells me there is less regard for their patients personal info leaking out publicly. If they informed me sooner I could have done something to safeguard my persona info
