My dad was admitted to the Heart Hospital and I had to reschedule my appointment again and again. Rather than rescheduling any more, I went in early to see if they could fit me into their schedule. Jessica greeted me when I walked in and without hesitation she asked about my dad. Granted, she knew I was coming later in the day, but without having prior knowledge, it touched my heart that she recognized me and inquired about my dad and his health. This type of personal service keeps people coming back again and again!

I visited the audiology center for a cleaning and check of my devices. Noah was very welcoming and professional. He offered me something to drink while I waited. O was only there about 5 minutes. Excellent service!

I went in with over nite hearing loss. It was confirmed one of my biggest fears, loss of hearing in one ear & it is compromised in the other. But I was out at ease. Dr Arnold, answered all of my questions & spoke with my husband and answered all of his questions also. I am now on the right road. Thank you

Very kind and professional. I was impressed with all from time I walked in until time I left. Answered all of my questions, but didnt have many because they covered everything during my appointment. I had to return the next morning due to a glitch in my phone and they fixed it in a matter of minutes...

My PCP recommended that I see an audiologist, and I was given an appointment the next day. The testing was the most comprehensive I have ever had, and the provider explained it very well. She also recommended another test and sent a report to my PCP. I was very pleased with my experience.

My last visit to Cornerstone Audioligy was absolutely wonderful. I had lost one of my hearing aids a week before my scheduled annual appointment, and I was due to have my insurance help pay for new hearing aids. I knew what to ask for and they provided exactly what I could afford, covered in full by my insurance. They paired them with my phone and gave me ample information about getting the greatest benefit from them. I couldn’t have been happier and would highly recommend Cornerstone!
