Stay away
Charged insured patient $105 for Medicare covered annual exam for diabetic. Other than two parking spaces, facilities are in no way ADA compliant. Do not try to go there without bringing help if mobility impaired, especially if in a wheelchair Doctors rude, condescending and tried to upsale unnecessary visits, tests and lenses. Refused to give patient copy of glasses prescription from already performed paid for eye exam to purchase glasses elsewhere. Patient told by staff that they would “have to keep next appointment and talk to doctor about it”.Demanded registry number of service animal “to keep on record”
