Family Medical Associates

I have been going to this office for over 10 years and have never had a problem or issue until the last change of staff. I have seen many staff members come and go but this new batch is horrible. My PA R. Easton is great but the new front office man should not be working with people. This is the first time ever I’ve been made to feel guilty about scheduling an appointment and not just once but twice. I have been in the medical field for over 20 years so I know how things go sometimes. Its busy from start to end but not getting a call back in 3 days is not acceptable. I feel like I'm being punished for leaving 2 messages and now its the weekend so it will be 5 days for a response. Where is the care anymore? I don’t understand why the new staff in this office is so negative. They don’t say thank you, they don't smile and its very plain to see that they don’t care about the well being of their patients. I would not recommend this office until they have another change of staff.
