Practice is efficient and the doctors and nurse practitioners are attentive and really helped me through this process.

Was able to get visit the same day, everybody was really efficient and did not have to wait long after checking in. Finally found a solution to my back pain!

I love the staff at GAPC! What people have to understand about our referral and coding system is it’s not automatically done. Referrals go through fax no matter if it’s thru EMR or regular fax it doesn’t always go thru. It’s not the staffs fault! I love that they do call me ahead of time if my referral is not there so I can contact my PCP, it’s that easy. I highly recommend all Providers to anyone who has issues to seek them out.

Do not trust this practice!! Dr. Jarzombek was friendly and helpful during our first visit. Unfortunately, I never saw her again. I am a patient with autoimmune diseases and three pain disorders. For seven months I arrived on time, paid my bills, and followed the treatment plan. When I had a medical crisis, I was unable to see my doctor, or get help. I needed more expertise than the nurse I had been seeing could provide. Instead, Dr. Jarzombek had another physician tell me they would not be treating me further. As a patient who requires medication to function, this was extremely upsetting and problematic. I was told just to go to the hospital. It was dismissive and dangerous. Be careful with these providers.
