2 hour and 15 minute wait in pain, no apology.
Drove in from out of town in severe pain and was left waiting for two hours and fifteen minutes after my appointment time in a dilapidated office, with no offer of water, no explanation and no apology. The reason I was given from this practitioner was, I like to spend time with our patients, we are not a cookie cutter office! I didn’t hear a peep from the empty surrounding examination rooms the entire time. My friends are doctors and are appalled that any doctor would keep an out of town patient waiting over two hours with no apology and a gaslighting excuse for a reason. Had I not driven in from out of town I would have left after an hour. I do not recommend this facility.
