Customer Service!
Was referred by a surgeon whom I work with, unfortunately, and the only time, he's gotten this really wrong. This office has the most unprofessional office staff/manager. I scheduled an appointment a month and 1/2 in advance. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Carter. She is extremely knowledgeable, fun and caring. She really does thorough check-ups to make sure you're all good. Her assistant, Melissa, is awesome too! They work SO well together and I will always go back to that office to see them.
