Worst Billing Department
They never sent me a bill after reading a cat scan. They turned it over to collections. It appears they did a good job reading the cat scan, but it is unforgivable that they turn my account over to collections without ever billing me. It the future I will request that Memorial Herman use anyone else, but Singleton Associates.

Just received a collections notice from this company. We have never received any sort of invoice prior so this is a shock. Have tried calling their # many times and it's busy. Have no clue who this is and what this is for and don't understand why this is the first time we are hearing of them (says they are in Houston but we are in Austin...and have never seen any doctors in Houston either). After reading other reviews seems like this isn't unusual unfortunately. If this is in fact a real business they need to be reported and fined.

having paid monthly previously, I stopped getting statements and my $80 balance got turned/sold to collection agency (!!!!) SERIOUSLY??? Ive got their $, but costing me -23pt on my credit report !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO NOTICE.

As others - having problems with billing issues. They sent me the first bill that is a charge from a year ago. They billed the old insurance and can't seem to understand (poor English or stupidity) that they should bill the new insurance. Tried to give the correct info then they asked for clarification of the old information. What difference does it make if that is the wrong insurance? Then they pretend like they don't understand me over and over. Then the girl reads back the ins number and it has 6 extra digits in it, then she can't understand that and on and on . . . . So stupid and a waste of my time!!!!!

My mother-in-law had a radiology exam in September, 2020 with Radiology Partners/Dallas, an affiliate of Singleton, and overpaid for her exam. I have been calling monthly to get reimbursed only to hear lie after lie about the check is being processed, wrong address, wrong account, etc. After nine months of calling, I have received half and I'm giving up. They are the WORST people to do business with!!!!
