Used this place for a RT-PCR test (COVID-19 test) required for International Travel. My travel companion did also. They process labs in house and they were very nice, easy to get an appointment in the required time frame for travel. I would recommend them at this point (will update if I’m denied travel bc of their mistakes) Only complaint is that my name was misspelled on the document. It needs to match my passport! They kindly fixed the error (took 3 times) but emailed me the correct spelling in a pdf document. The day of travel I realized that they put a different ordering provider name on the document & it wasn’t a physician. (Was not the one on my original test, nor did it match my travel companion’s & we went together) It remains to be seen if I will be able to travel with the document provided as these are things that are required & it’s now the one day they are closed and it’s my travel date! Will update later… but having a panic attack! Otherwise, they’d get a different rating.
