Poor patient care
The only thing they care about is numbers! The patients are not well cared for, no empathy in the staff, and their patient care and management leave much to be desired. I have witnessed patients having physical struggles and the staff watching without intervening. I have witnessed a patient not being turned or repositioned which resulted in multiple lesions resulting in major surgery to remove infection. No where else have I seen the patients matter so little as long as the hospital gets it’s data.
