Lovett Dental - Cinco Ranch

BEWARE: 1st time at Lovett - Cinco Ranch. When I made my appointment, they confirmed that they have a Hygienist. On the day of my appointment, the person at the counter told me that THEY DO NOT have a Hygienist and convinced me to see the doctor for my cleaning. After x-rays, Dr. Alina Acosta Morales examined my teeth & gums. She used a pick to measure my gum pockets. She prodded, poked and stabbed me with the pick until she drew blood. She was so heavy handed that my gums still hurt after 3 days! I have a high pain tolerance and I have done cleanings twice a year, religiously, as long as I can remember. All of my previous dental/gum exams have NEVER HURT, EVER! The doctor left the room without a word. The manager then walked into the room to inform that I needed a deep cleaning and the portion I had to pay was $600. After such a PAINFUL experience, I left without a cleaning.
