Very unprofessional stuff.

I scheduled an appointment for my mother on 04/27 at 1:00 PM. I also sent the Insurance card to verify the eligibility. On 04/27 I got a text that the appointment is 2:45PM. I moved all my work meeting earlier. I took my mother to Grapevine and the Doctor said her appointment was 1:00 PM. I said why did you even send the text for 2:45. When the office manager talked and said you have to re-schedule. I live almost 30 miles which is along drive. And also she said her insurance will not pay for her Hearing TEST!!!! I said why you guys did not check it before!!! I gave that 4 days ago! And finally Stella was threatening me that she will call police if I am not leaving the premise!!!!!!! Like for their mistake, I am the issue!!!!!!!
