Desiree said "no ma'am, I told you if you couldn't be here by 12 we couldn't see you". That is a bold face lie which she said because Nancy was standing there listening, even though she couldn't get on the phone with an unhappy customer. Nancy has no clue what its like to manage allergy shots or other outside of work. And that most of her employees don't like working under her. Well I will be all to happy to go elsewhere because this woman knows nothing about customer service or understanding other people's lives outside her clinic where she wears the reigns and thinks she's so powerful. They're not the only allergy clinic around. I only gave 1 star because you have to to post.
