Run away!
Stay away! They are over billing patients and when asked, they claim they have to 'look in to it' and never call back when they say they will. They didn't file my son's orthodontics because they 'didn't think they were covered' yet never checked. They coded his treatment as if he were 19 when he was 17 and refuse to refund the $200 difference. They over charged me, based on the coding, $200 for a crown and won't refund me the difference. They wanted to charge $101 over coded insurance price for filings. They are overcharging in every way so stay away!

Overcharging
Sadly, I used to like this place. My son went in and they said he needs 10 fillings. He brought home the estimate and they are charging $101 over what the insurance allows per filling. I called and they claim it's due to things they do that 'insurance doesn't cover'. They wouldn't tell me what those 'things' were. As I looked in to my prior care more, I realized they charged me $200 more than insurance allows for a crown. Billing over the contracted amount is not allowed per my insurance company.
