I called in to the Keller office asking for an annual checkup. My doctor was at another location so the receptionist said she would schedule my annual checkup with Dr. Byarlay. While the experience with the Doctor himself was good, a month later I get a bill and see they did not bill my insurance for an annual checkup but an outpatient visit so the bill is $205 instead of free. I'm not concerned, mistakes happen, so I called to make them aware of the mistake. The receptionist proceeds to blatantly lie and claim she never agreed to schedule me for an annual checkup and won't send a corrected code to my insurance company. I would not have agreed to visit another doctor if I had known they would charge $205 for a visit which would have been completely covered by my insurance otherwise. I recommend staying away from this business. It is fine to make mistakes but it says a lot about the business when they refuse to make matters right by the patient.
