Gorgeous facility, PA great, staff not friendly

There were 2 people at the front desk staring at a computer screen. No one greets you or acknowledges you. Hard to get an appointment. Told it would be a week before I insisted I needed appointment then was put on hold for 20 minutes until I finally got an appointment. Staff does not smile or greet. The PA was the nicest and friendly person(Keri). She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was not the only person ignored while I was there. They either need training on front desk etiquette or hire new people. Angie who was at the old building was awesome. They need her back. If it was not the only place close and convenient I would not go here.
