I started out by having a great experience at this dental clinic. It recently changed after I voiced my concerns regarding an X-ray taken prior to my son being treated, and the reaction from the office staff regarding the film. I also had a cavity removed and a filling added, which left a deep groove in the tooth and food was getting stuck. When I went in for a correction, my dental insurance was charged again for the correction that should have been completed the first time. Since becoming a paying client, I’ve always requested to only receive treatment from Dr. Stafford and to be notified prior to scheduled appointment if she would not be available. I paid a $50 deposit and scheduled a visit for another treatment round for my son, only to find out a day before the appointment, because I called to confirm, that Dr. Stafford would not be available. No professionalism displayed. I requested to cancel and to be refunded my deposit, but I’ve only received a few emails and refund refusal.
