Really bad customer service. I am not even a patient at this facility. My daughter got 'somehow' scheduled for a visit and treatment that was not even diagnosed. I received a reminder for a visit and no one at the office was able to explain. The office manager 'never' called me back. Extremely concerning how they had all the personal information for my daughter. No tracker on who scheduled this ghost visit under my daughter's name.
