Ease of making appts and competent doctor

I had an excellent first time experience with Memorial Oral. My daughter had an appointment for wisdom teeth consultation and I needed a biopsy for a spot on my tongue. I called the day before my appointment to request not mentioning what my appointment was for in from of my daughter. As a cancer survivor, I didn't want my daughter to be upset. The staff did an excellent job handling the situation. Dr. D was honest and kind with both of our consultations. I highly recommend this team!

All staff was very professional, kind and caring. Additionally, they were accommodating with my hearing loss when I had to take my hearing aids out and very patient with repeating information! Dr Dauterive was awesome and did a great job removing my wisdom tooth!! He was very thorough with explaining the procedure and very thorough explaining recovery and how to manage it! He took the time to check in on me in the evening to make sure all was well! Very, very satisfied and pleased with my whole experience.

Nice clean and big office that has free parking and Is easy to access. The staff is supremely friendly and helpful. The doctor is what all doctors should be which is knowledgeable, approachable, explains well and listens, and does it all with a smile. So glad I picked this place!

I drove to this suburban location initially because they accepted my dental insurance, but was very impressed by the administrative efficiency, friendly staff, and an excellent oral surgeon. Free parking, easy to reach off of highway 290, on time appointments, good postop followup. I recommend this practice.

Dr. Dauterive is Amazing, Caring & takes his time with everything he does. He is truly and Amazing Oral Surgeon. I freak out with the Mouth Block and he understood that and calmed me down immediately & told his staff he didn’t need it because I stayed open and didn’t need to freak out with it. He has done two implants for me and I could not ask for a better outcome. His Staff is amazing as well. We are still in the middle of treatment but I know things will be fine because he is a caring Doctor that even calls and checks on you after a hard procedure.
