The Taylor Clinic

The counselor herself was decent but dealing with the office was horrible. Unfortunately, I had to cancel a few times. 1. Because we got sick with Covid. 2 We were sick again. 3. School. I called several times before the day of the appointment and got told to call back and reschedule. When I did they weren’t willing to work with me because I didn’t bring my kid in to the appointment that I cancelled. They told me how unfair I was being to other clients despite me calling several times in several days before the appointment. It felt like they blamed me for things that happened that were out of our control. I don’t know what happened but they made me feel guilty over something I shouldn’t feel guilty about. It is sad to say we will not go back and will encourage others to not go back either. Bad communication with the office is not a good thing for a therapy place.
