WellStone Belton Clinic

I had been told wonderful things about this office only to find out different. The office personnel were very short and rude. The scheduler (Jessica) acted as if finding myself and my son an appointment was putting her out. Upon speaking with the manager (Felicia), she basically said there was nothing they could do as they are short staffed and have been. This is not the first time I have not been able to be seen. I was also told that I could go to Urgent Care or the ER if it was needed urgently. Do not go here. They seem very uninterested!
