I had a CT scan ordered by the doctor for my kidney but 3 weeks later I still hadn’t heard back. I left a message through the portal & never received a response. I then call the office & said “well, I know that he opened the message but I’ll make sure he calls you to which he didn’t. He finally sent a message 3 days later with the results of my scan. It didn’t make much sense to me because I’m not a doctor & sent another message (actually 2) & still haven’t heard back. It’s very concerning because right now, I have no idea what’s going on with my body. All I know is that I’m in a serious amount of pain in my kidneys. I feel like it shows a lack of care & empathy to his patients.
