This is a well-known successful practice with BIG waiting room OVERFLOWING with sevior citizens hobbling around with canes, walkers, and wheelchairs BUT the ONLY power assisted ADA-Compliant door in the practice area is the entrance to it! Receptionist was rude and dismissive, paperwork methodology paleolithic, with no assistance offered for visually impaired such as me. Restroom doors are knock old folks over self-closing types, and all labs and examination rooms are lengthy hallways from waiting room or each other. NEVER an offer of wheelchair transition between them for THIS patient experiencing severe knee and hip pain. Asserted they did not accept outside imaging, refused to perform knee tendon evaluation with patient sitting, and treated me not like a patient but rather like a potential surgical revenue source insisting on an MRI, which had to be scheduled by the technician herself IN PERSON.
