Be ready to pay

Kept appointment but after arriving at the office was asked to place a credit card on file. Refused to do this because I don’t let anyone have my credit card on file due to potential for identity theft. I was told I had to do this or pay $200.00. I have 2 insurance policies and no copay. Should have been given this information before appointment. Left the office and within the hour was sent a text and a charge for “not showing up for my appointment”. Never encountered this with any physician office before. Have gone to Dr. Quinn for 3 years and have been pleased with him. Be aware!
