The worst staff ever! Judy and Karen are the rudest and most unprofessional medical staff I have ever encountered. I had paperwork from my insurance that needed to be filled out and after 2 weeks of not receiving anything back, I had to follow up. They claimed they could not read it. The paperwork was sent again. A week went by. Called and was put on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. Called everyday for the rest of the week and it went straight to voicemail. They have caller-id so it was evident this was done on purpose. After almost 2 months of no insurance documents returned, I reported this office. I now have what I need from another provider that I am now seeing. Dr. Burns herself isn’t a pleasant person after I complained about her staff. She cut me off from complaining and turned it around to make it my fault somehow. I am happy I got what I needed without this staff and that I will never have to set foot in that office again!
