They ruined my glasses
Their technician was using their lensometer on my existing glasses. When she brought my glasses back, there were vertical scratch marks across the right lens. I walked in with an excellent pair of glasses that I take good care, and I walked out with a messed up pair of glasses that I am taking somewhere else to get the lenses replaced. That was highly unprofessional and extremely incompetent. Seriously, they need to hire better quality people. I would not recommend Eye Physicians of Austin to anyone.
