From the outset, appointments were a challenge, taking months to schedule. When we finally met with Dr. Smart, it was immediately clear that she did not even pretend to care about our child’s well-being. The level of indifference was shocking.The rest of the staff reflected the same unprofessionalism, making what should have been a supportive environment feel stressful and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, we found out through our own research that many standard tests and procedures were not even considered during our visits.Eventually, we made the decision to seek care elsewhere, thinking it couldn’t possibly be worse. The difference was staggering – night and day doesn't even begin to describe it. The level of care and attention our child received at another facility put Dell Children's ENT in a harsh light. They are clearly more concerned with their bottom line than with providing the quality care that families deserve.
