DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACTICES AND HOLLY IS RUDE!!!!!!! I made an appointment with Carus Dental for what I believed at first to be a broken tooth. In my message, I let them know that I needed to make an appointment (that may be an emergency) but that I was experiencing no pain. They did not respond until business hours the next day and were able to get me in the day following that. While there, they were able to figure out that I did not have a broken tooth; I merely had a filling fall out. Hence, my lack of pain. And it was not an emergency. Still, they asked me if I wanted to get the work done that day. They purportedly ran my insurance, and the dental hygienist made a point to tell me that I had great insurance! I would only pay $200 out of pocket. Lo and behold, I begin having pain and sensitivity in my crown they put in.After calling three times and speaking with someone at the front desk who said they would get back to me and never did, I finally got in c
