I called for a stat appointment for a doppler ultrasound for a possible blood clot in my leg. I got a guy who didn't know what he was doing, tld me there are no appointments this week, and that is medically urgent, and he had to talk to his uh, support. He sounded like he was in Southeast Asia, and the biggest tell was 'no worries'. I called back and got a different person. It turned out ARA 's call center for scheduling is in the Phillipines, which is simply inexcusable. She was intelligent and persistent, but she had to check one location at a time for an appointment today. And of course she didn't have any clue where any of them were. For instance, she told me of a place on 'Wilson St' which I have never heard of, off of 183. It was actually down near Mansfield Dam off of 620.She didn't try very hard without my prompting to get me a stat appointment, and, she had no idea that a venous blood clot can be life threatening. She just tried the specific address I asked
