THE WORST!
I was referred to Dr. Aubrechtova for an EEG after a brain incident. The whole experience was unacceptable. It started with trying to make an appointment with the rude elderly ladies who just repeated scripts and moved like molasses, unable to help. Then, Dr. Aubrechtova seemed to be running at 30% power and scheduled an in-house EEG with their tech a few days later. The EEG tech was the worst: an elderly, grumpy know-it-all who thought it was appropriate to talk politics during my appointment. In the middle of one of his anti-liberal rants, he told me how disappointed he is in America and then said, 'I am not an American. I'm a Texan.'Dr. Aubrechtova was to read the EEG and report the results to me. It has been three weeks since my EEG, and I have called twice and was told they don't understand why I haven't been called. My file has no notes, so they must transfer me to her assistant. I am dumped into a mailbox to leave a message again. The worst!
