My Annual w/Lisa

1-MA Brianna (Brittney?) called me back early!. She got my vitals and was SO upbeat & pleasant the whole time! 2-Lisa entered room ~10mins after Brianna left, so that was a low wait-time for almost any medical practice these days!! Lisa is the BEST; plenty of eye contact vs eyes on laptop as we spoke. Lisa was encouraging in all aspects of my labs, and she provided helpful suggestions for my needed sugar control and weight loss. Lisa had me smiling all day after my appt., and I am trying some of her tips for diet/sugar control. (We'll see what happens @ my next A1C!:) I ask a lot of questions, and Lisa never looks rushed or put-out as she answers them. Lisa scores A+ for knowledge and A++ for 'bedside manner'. She's a keeper, Dr. D!:)
