Long time patient. On July 24, I had an exam, and the doctor biopsied a couple of spots which revealed an 'invasive squamous cell' carcinoma. Mohs surgery was recommended. I was told to expect a call from the surgeon to schedule the surgery. When no call came for more than a week, I called but had to leave a message. Still no return call came. I called the office again and asked when I could expect a call. I told the person on the phone that if I could not get the surgery scheduled with their surgeon, that I would like my records sent to another surgeon. Within hours, I received a call from the nurse, Brittani, to schedule a consultation. During the consultation the doctor recommended having the surgery within the next few weeks. Brittani told me that she would call by the end of business to schedule but no call came. After leaving more messages, Brittani called to tell me that they did not know when they could schedule the surgery. They could have told me that 6 weeks ago.
