Radiology Alliance

Oct 12, 2023 I went for my annual mammogram. My provider must've used Radiology Alliance. mammography screening is covered fully by my insurance. Nearly a year passes and on 09-22-24 I receive text from Radiology Alliance (never heard of this company before) directing me to a website to pay a bill. No idea what this was regarding. I followed the link on the text hoping it wasn't a spam or something. It took me to a page to pay a bill. No other info could be obtained. still no idea why they thought I owed anything. I called the numbers I could find on the web page- on-line. kept getting call centers in another country. The people I spoke with kept stating that they had sent me bills and they then stated I owed $400 and was being sent to collections and they told me they submitted a claim to my insurance and it was denied. All of this was lies. I called my insurance and they told me a claim to them was never filed for that screening. They need to bill my insurance.
