If I could give a -0 I would, but there’s no star for -0. The worst ever office staff and office manager Torrie. Poor customer service, poor listening skills, rude and obnoxious behavior towards a patient. Torri the office manger did nothing but argue and was no help whatsoever.I asked to leave a message for the doctor to ask a question and Torrie the office manager just down right refused to ask the doctor a question because she thought she knew it all. Torrie would not listen to what I was saying at all. Torri doesn’t have MD after her name and acted as if she did.I have never experienced this kind of negative, unprofessional behavior from a doctors office, ever, especially, from the office manager. I am a medical professional with over 30 years in the healthcare industry with clinical skills, and would never talk to my patients the way I was spoken to by Torrie.I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone just for the rude staff alone.I will be traveling 50 miles out of my wa
