Clean and tidy office. Very professional staff. Dr. Gupta is one of the most thorough Dr.’s that I have ever had. She not only sees from her view, but also me as a patient.

Not going back
I have been a client for over 5 years now. I stopped going for a bit bc my anxiety was spiked each time as the wait time is at least 2 hours....to talk for maybe 10 minutes. Do not be fooled, they will take you to a 2nd waiting room too. The lack of professionalism today when I asked if I could go to my car to get airpods as there were 6 people ahead of me at 9 AM already. The front nurse responded with 'better make it snappy', though this was the first greeting or response I had recieved in the 10 minutes i was there. There seemed to be more staff today than years ago, but only 1 person looked to be working or even acknowledging the patients around them. I will be finding another specialist after trying to go back after a couple years, nothing has changed.
