Had Mohs surgery that went well but it all went downhill from there. I wasn't given any advice for aftercare except to leave it alone. On first wound check was told I should have been cleaning and moisturizing it daily. Then after a total of 10 visits I still had several other skin problems that had been totally ignored and still need treatment. I wanted to get things done while insurance deductible had been met and was told 3 weeks but when appointment was set, it was 2 months later. The statement "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing" fits this practice exactly. One person would tell me one thing, someone else another, and the office staff seemed to be addressing someone else totally. I now have a new place that will require Mohs surgery that probably could have been prevented if the original timeframe had been met. Never will I go to this practice again.
