Receptionist very nice,and friendly. X-Ray then meet my dentist Dr. Lopez,whom was very articulate, and professional. Proceeded with extractions.next visit went great. I was given the amount Which would be due,no surprise bill!! Denture review I, was very pleased. Thanks Dr.Lopez and staff.

I would highly recommend you get an estimate before letting them start working on your teeth. My brother ended up ( or I did ) paying $3,111.14 for a root canal and crown.

I, and my children, have seen Dr. Towles in the past and was very pleased with him and the staff as a whole. I did not get to go to my most recent appointment unfortunately. My, and my daughter's appointments were rescheduled by their office at least 4 times before I gave up and decided to find another dentist. Sometimes I would not get a call, just a message saying they had rescheduled and a date. I called once because the new date would not work and they said they had no record of any appointment for us even though I was receiving reminder texts. It did not seem like it was customer oriented and almost felt like it was an inconvenience to them to see us. It is a shame because I would rather go to a local office but I will likely have to use a Knoxville office now.
