Iv been struggling with pain since March (it's January). They have been disrespectful to me, not listened to any of my concerns, sent me to multiple specialists who charge hundreds and tell me 'we don't know why they sent you here we aren't what you need' They never answer the phone and rarely return calls.Tried to give me opiates and send me away even though I expressed concern about taking them because of a family history of addiction. Just no communication. No compassion.I went in today because I asked them for labs (iv been doing my own research on what could be wrong with my body) they okayed them and said to come in at my convenience. Their website says they are opening at 10 due to weather. I showed up at 10 and waited in the lobby until almost 12 and no one ever showed up.This place is awful.

As a patient with two different providers seen- this place knows how to run up diagnostic bills without providing any insights or advice. They repeatedly fail to inform me when a referral appointment has been made for me until I get an appointment confirmation phone call the day before. They do not value peoples time, money and I believe they profit off repeated visits and insurance billing. Nome of my issues have been resolved in 3 years and I was told by outside specialists to find a new doctor.
