Rude and Imcompetant doctors

Thankfully, I am not a patient at this horrible excuse for a specialty eye clinic.I have transported and accompanied numerous patients to this clinic and was present during their so called exam. They have no parking most of the time; having seen people have to circle around and let patients on walkers walk by themselves to the entrance. The people I went into the exam with were seen by doctor (if they got to see one, instead of a technician) and the exam was very swift; possibly 2-3 minutes and the doctors became offended if a a question was asked. I have also been in the waiting area where, sad to say; parents will small children have to wait and wait and wait. I feel so sorry for these people; the parents are exhausted and so are the children. Having to wait for hours; they are hungry and crying. It is very sad to see how all the patients at this place are treated; especially those with small children.The only concern is money and running patients through quickly.
