I dislike writing poor reviews, but Crossroads Med

We received really great care from Dr. Steele for two years. When he left the practice, everything changed. I experienced HIPA violations from the front desk staff, nurse or nurse practitioner, I was told that's who I was transferred to, but she would not identify herself, prescriptions not refilled with painful withdrawal symptoms, lack of response from the office manager, bad information from front desk staff. It was just awful customer service in my opinion.
