Gastro One

Gastro One is a cattle call. I had a 7:00 appointment for a routine colonoscopy and showed up early per the instructions for my visit. To make a long story short, I was there for over 3 hours and I got up to leave. I told the nurse I was leaving and she ran to get the doctor, Bryan Thompson. Bryan strolled up with crossed arms laughing and asked, “you’re leaving?” He asked the nurse where I was in the queue and I still had several patients ahead of me. He then proceeded to apologize and told me HE GOT THERE LATE and one of his patients took over an hour. That told me all I need to know about Bryan Thompson and how he feels about patients. I am extremely disappointed at the disrespectful behavior following his description of how he was late for work. I give the staff a B for working so hard behind the scenes. I give the physician Brian Thompson an F. If he is unable to handle his work load, then he needs to drastically reduce patients so that patients can be properly treated on time

Everyone was friendly and professional, the place was very clean and bright, every step was explained in advance, very short wait time. Not one thing to complain about. Thank you!
