Very unprofessional

Took my non-mobile mother to her Village podiatry (Hixson, TN) appt on Friday 6/17/22, 11am. Office was closed. A note was left on door that indicated doctor was out for “emergent” situation. I called Hixson office on Monday, 6/20, and recv’d “This is a vacant number” mssg. Then called the GA call center. Was told the Hixson office would not be open until sometime in July due to maternity leave by doctor. The operator then told me to call Hixson office manager Heather after just telling me that the office will not be back open until July and after I told her that the Hixson office phone number did not work. I will NEVER return. Have requested a new referral from GP.
