Following the theme of their recent reviews. This office seems to be pretty consistent with their lack of care and compassion. The staff has no understanding of what the term “bedside manners” means. From the rude nurses to the inexperienced doctors and midwives practicing here, you will have the most frustrating experience. From constant issues with broken equipment, poor attitudes, and scheduling issues. You’ve found the OBGYN of your nightmares! Keep looking, women deserve a higher standard of care than what they will receive here. I helped my wife find a far better physician after the misadventures we had with this poorly ran establishment.

Impossible to contact billing
I’ve left numerous voicemails, reviews, emails, etc. I’ve had my insurance call on my behalf and Lori the office manager says she will call me the next day and I have yet to receive that phone call. Even to let me know what the hold up is, like a professional would do. I’m owed $200 from an overpayment from MAY. I’ve even wrote the doctor personally but I guess she doesn’t care about returning clients either. I just want my money back so I can move forward.

Painful procedures
I have never experienced such pain with normal procedures (pap) Then had multiple biopsies at the same time that were excruciating, and found out were unnecessary. This is a fair warning to those seeking an appointment with Cami Bailey.
