Waste of Time - See a Different Practice
I was scheduled to see Dr. Burt but seen his PA instead which stayed in the room less than 3 minutes (after waiting 1.5 hour to been seen) and told me they don't like to do surgery due to possible blood clots and infections. The PA then stated they don't consider surgery on MRI results (then why have one?) but the patient and then basically left the room to tell the nurse to order a nerve study. There were numerous patients that came out while I was in the waiting room dissatisfied with having to be sent for pain management, physical therapy but no real solution as to solve their issues. My recommendation is go to a different neurosurgeon besides Highlands Neuro in Bristol don't waste your time or money going here because they don't care!!
